• Workshops / businesses: business name, contact, phone/WhatsApp, email, address and accreditation details.
• Your enquiries, orders and delivery records.

How we use it

• To handle your enquiry and connect you with the right branch or workshop.
• To provide quotes, process orders, and arrange delivery or collection.
• To save your details so you don't re-enter them, and to let you track your enquiries.
• With your consent, to send you offers relevant to your vehicle — you can opt out anytime.

Consent

By submitting your details you consent to us using them for the purposes above. Registered workshops also consent to their business details being shown in our directory. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing

We share your information only as needed to serve you — for example, with the relevant branch, or with a workshop you ask us to contact. We use trusted service providers to operate our platform, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. We never sell your personal information, and customer records are kept private to our team.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and limit access to authorised staff only. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our service and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent and opt out of marketing — just email order1kap@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Cookies

We use only the essentials needed to keep you signed in and run the site. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking.

Terms of use

• Quotes & stock. Any availability, price or fitment shown is indicative and is confirmed by our sales consultant before purchase.
• Workshops listed in our directory are independent businesses. We list verified partners for your convenience but are not responsible for their work or pricing — any agreement is between you and the workshop.
• Accounts. Keep your login secure and provide accurate details. Don't misuse the platform.
• Content. The Korean Auto Parts and Parts-Mall names, logos and site content may not be copied without permission.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
